Monthly Accounting Packages

We offer you a range of accounting packages to suit the way you want to work. Instead of charging a one off annual fee, we charge you monthly, so when it is time for final accounts to be produced, they are already paid for. You also have the additional security of receiving a monthly report advising on the financial position of your company, so there will be no nasty shocks. All of our packages include the following services:

Core package

• Annual Statutory Accounts
• Company Taxation
• Monthly Reports (downloaded in PDF format)
• Payroll (up to 2 employees, payslips downloaded in PDF format)
• Telephone/E-mail support and advice on a normal usage basis
• Maintenance of Statutory Registers
• Completion and Submission of VAT return
• e-Wire weekly newsletter by email

You can also elect to use the following services free of charge:

• Nominee Company Secretary
• Registered Office
• Self Assessment Tax Return

Gold – £130.00 per month plus VAT Platinum – £150.00 per month plus VAT Terms and Conditions Minimum registration period of 12 months applies. 1st months fee payable on registration, fees payable monthly by standing order. Paying annually in advance will attract a 10% discount. All clients must provide and maintain a valid e-mail address. As a special offer to first time contractors, when you commit to using our accounting services for 12 months, we will set up your Limited Company free of charge.

Transferring from another accountant?

Many contractors transfer to us from another accountant after the start of their company accounting year. Other than our standard terms and conditions that require you to register with us for 12 months no additional fees apply for the current accounting year. If you transfer after the end of the of the company accounting year and require us to prepare the prior year accounts a separate fee will be chargeable.
